ROOMS

Our old family house, was built in 1852. with massive stone walls that protect against the summer heat. It is beautifully restored, maintained and modern settled. It is located in the central part of Lumbarda. The house is 80 m far from the sea.

The house is situated in a quiet environment.

On the southern side there is a closed courtyard in old Dalmatian style and on the north side there is a spacious terrace, where we have morning coffee, lunch and dinner. There in the shade and greenery we rest our soul and body.

Rooms that are available to guests a double bed and there is a possibility for extra bed on request for couples with children. For pets, unfortunately we have no conditions, so that they are not allowed.

Rooms are located on the first and second floor and have separate bathrooms with shower.

The room windows overlooking the sea, boats in the local marina, nearby islands and the peninsula of Peljesac.

There is a kitchen on the ground floor which all guests have at their disposal.

From the center we are located 250 m. In this circle there are a supermarket, several small shops, post office, ATM, hotel, travel office, currency exchange, parking and other facilities such as bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, taverns, etc.

There are two main local beach: «Bili žal», to which we come walking along the seafront and beach «Pržina». Both are sandy and shallow and very suitable for children. They are from our house about 1000 m far and you can come there by car also. Also there are several small beaches, and otherwise in Lumbarda you can swim along its complete coast.

The hosts speak Croatian and English.
